How To Make Matcha Brownies

Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 4 oz white chocolate, 2 tbsp matcha powder, 1 cup grantulated suger, 1/4 light brown suger, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup all purpose flour. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Step 1:
Preheat the oven so 360° fahrenheit

Step 2:
Grease your baking pan with butter

Step 3:
Put butter in a pan and brown it by cooking the butter until brown bits float to the top.

Step 4:
Add white chocolate chips and matcha to a bowl, pour butter over and stir until all chocolate is melted.
Microwave for a few seconds if the chocolate is not melting.

Step 5:
Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs,vanilla extract and salt into a large bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer until thick and creamy.

Step 6:
While mixing slowly pour in your matcha mixture from step 4. Stir until it's all mixed together.

Step 7:
Sift your flour into the mixture and gently fold with a spatula until no flour is visible

Step 8:
pour into your baking pan

Step 9:
Bake for 20-25 mins

Step 10:
Take out brownies and tap them on the counter to get rid of air bubbles. The texture should still be gooey.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt on the top and put back in the oven for 10 mins.

Step 11: let it set for 20 before serving
