A reason why you should learn to play Table Tennis is because you can have fun doing it, like in the image below. A good YouTube Channel for learning Table Tennis is Nick Rudd, along with Adam Bobrow.

A website that I would recommend for Table Tennis is racketinsight.com. Another reason to play Table Tennis is because it makes you physically more fit. According to everyoneactive.com, Table tennis improves:" strength, stamina, agility and speed." According to renowned physicain, psychiatrist and brain imaging expert, Dr. Daniel Amen, calls table tennis "the world's best sport" because it is highly aerobic, uses both the upper and lower body, and helps with hand-eye coordination and reflexes. According to killerspin.com, a large brand that makes table tennis equipment around the world, table tennis is also easy on the joints, making it easy for people who are older and may have weaker joints, which make them unable to play other sports, able to play Table Tennis. The paddles that I would recommend are shown below, along with the pros and cons of the paddles.
Butterfly 501 FL | Killerspin JET 400 Smash N2 |
---|---|
$80 | $55 |
More Spin | More Control |
Better for Defense | Better for Offense |
Higher Consistency | When You Hit Topspin It Is Less Powerful |
I mainly use the Butterfly 501 FL paddle. The reason I use this one more instead of the Killerspin JET 400 is because I find it a better paddle for a person who mainly uses spin, like me. Which paddle you want depends on what you use most, and keep in mind that these are the best premade paddles under $80 and $60 in my opinion, but it is your choice what you want.
