More About Me

Hello again! This page is about all my classes and extracurriculars.

You already know that I go to Pinewood. Except you don't know anything about it! Well, I'm about to tell you. I have eight classes in total, not including clubs. I made this webpage in computer science. My other classes are also fun: math, writing, literature, PE, history, and science. For my world language, I chose Spanish, which I've been learning since 1st grade. I'm in 5 different clubs: book club, a Spanish club, Jewish Student Union, Ocean Ambassadors, and one more I'm about to tell you about. My personal favorite class is science. I bet you know why!

So, as I've said before, I play violin. One of the things that always bugged me was that I wanted to play in a group, but I also wanted to play pop songs instead of classical pieces. How many groups like that are there?! Yeah, not too many. But then I got to Pinewood's Upper Campus - and a found a club that did exactly that! The Junior Music Explorers take any instruments and play pop songs together! A little while ago, we had a performance at a schoolwide festival. We meet every Tuesday, and I enjoy myself every time. Another extracurricular I love is martial arts. I started when I was eleven, and I'm still going. There are about thirteen different belt colors and ranks. I just recently got my gold belt, the third belt rank and last beginner belt. Now I'm aiming for black belt! My martial arts school is called Sunnyvale Martial Arts Academy (SVMAA). You can click the image of the kid doing a roundhouse kick to find out more about it. And I know I'm biased, but you better sign up! My other favorite club is Ocean Ambassadors. The fact that I'm an aspiring entomologist doesn't mean I don't love the ocean. I mean, I live in the Bay Area. The coast is like a second home to me. If you need more proof, I went in the ocean willingly after watching Jaws. That should tell you that either I love the ocean or there's another, more morbid thing on my mind. I assure you that it's the first one.

See you later! L'hitraot! (goodbye in Hebrew)
