All About Me
My name is Amelia and I am a Junior High student at Pinewood. My favorite subjects are Algebra, Computer Science, and Writing, and I am also a very competitive swimmer and volleyball player, swimming for a team called PASA and a volleyball club called Academy. I am on the 13 National team for volleyball, and a group called "Pre-Seniors" for swimming. I like both of them a lot but volleyball is my overall favorite.
I have an older brother, Lucas, who is a freshman at Saint Francis High School. He used to go to Pinewood but switched to Saint Francis for a few reasons (mostly because of the sports). My dad and brother are big golfers so they both try to prioritize that. I also have two dogs, named Halo and Truffle. Halo is a rescue who is 6 years old who is a mix of Rottweiler, Chihuahua, German Shepard, and more. She is very loving and sweet but tries to act like a guard dog to new people. Truffle is 3 years old and a pure-bread bernedoodle. He is a very affectionate and goofy character to anybody new.

I have two favorite movies, Transylvania 3 and Home Alone. I am not the biggest fan of adult movies because I feel like they aren't as engaing. My favorite color is pink and I enjoy night swims and sunsets. This previous summer I went to Italy and Croatia with my family, along with my Grandpa who stopped in Poland to visit his sister. In Italy, we were in Rome for a few days, touring all of the main attractions like the Collosseum, Vatican City, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, many Chapels, and much more. I took around 20,000 steps a day, making me extremely tired day after day. We then took a cruise with my family in Croatia from Split to Dubrovnik where along the way, we stopped at islands to tour them and make swim stops.
