Easy Sushi Recipe

Eating sushi is great, but it is even better when you make it yourself! There are so many times I
have made sushi with my family and it makes such great family memories and
bonding. Here is a easy step by step recipe that you can make with anyone:

    Step 1: put the rice into the rice cooker
    The best tasting rice for sushi is Japanese style sticky rice. If you don't have this, you can use any sticky rice.

    Step 2: prepare the rice
    get a big bowl and a spatula or a
    big flat spoon. You need:

    1. 310 grams of uncooked white sushi rice
    2. 3 cups of water
    3. 1 1/2 cups of cold water
    4. 4 tablespoons of rice vinigar
    5. 3 tablespoons of grandulated sugar
    6. 1 teaspoon of salt

    Step 4: Get the contents ready
    You could put almost anything you want in the sushi. The
    most common ingredients are:

    Vegetables:
    -avocado
    -cucumber

    Fish:
    -salmon
    -tuna
    -fatty tuna

    Step 5: get the seeweed
    The most common sushi seaweed is nori. Fold this into the size you want.

    Step 6: spread the rice onto a piece of nori with a spoon
    make sure not to put too much rice because your ingredients might not fit.
