How To Do Butterfly!

Hello, I am Naomi Borau and I am a swimmer. I have been swimmming scince I was 2 years old, an have loved every moment that I am able to sepnd in the water. Ever scince I was little I have always felt comfort in the water, and now I am going to show you one of the skills that I have aquired over the years, in my swimming life. I swim at Fremont Hills Country Club, in PASA. PASA is a yearound swimming program throught many clubs. In PASA there are major meets almost every weekend, and championship meets at the end of the year. After PASA, at my club you have the choice to join their summer swimming league, called Baracudas. After being a competitive swimmer for about 5 years, I have learned to love being in the water. My favorite stroke is Butterfly so therefore that is why I choose to teach you about this stroke.

Steps To Do Butterfly:
  1. Master your dolphin kicks, and keeping your feet together.
  2. Master your stroke, and keep your arms even.
  3. Put it all together, and work on your rhythm and breathing.
  4. Pick up your pace and get a good time.
  5. Work on it multiple times a week, and you will be a flyer!!
