This skill will help you have a better touch and control on the ball when playing soccer. I have been playing soccer ever since I was 3 and juggling helped me tremendusly. I enjoy juggling so much because you dont need alot of space,it is so fun beating new records, and trying different techniques. All you have to do is follow these simple and guided intructions to learn!!
1. Grab a soccer ball, put on some cleats, and find a spacious area that will have enough room for you to juggle. I have linked some of my favorite places to get cleats and a ball below.

2. Start by letting the ball drop on your foot. Make sure your foot is pointed and stable
3. Then as the ball hits your foot kick it up and let it bounce when it hits the floor and kick it back up.
4. Start practicing juggling and not letting the ball hit the floor. (Its okay if you don't get it the first time, dont give up!)
5. Keep on trying step #4 and pratice every day. Eventually, you will become a pro juggler.
