This skill is how to make a star shape with a rubberband. The only things you need to make this is your hand and a rubberband. Although it's not particularly helpful, it can make as a great fidget. This skill can help you focus, or just do something fun while waiting in a line since it only requires a rubber band. It is a fun skill that you can do anywhere but it can be a little challenging to learn.
Materials required to make a rubberband star:1.Rubberband(not a hairband)
2.Your hand
3.A will and a way
1. Put the rubber band over your thumb and your pointer finger Put the rubber band over your thumb and your pointer finger, make sure that the rubber band is not twisted. |
2. Put the rubber band over your pinky finger Use your other hand's (the hand that the rubberband isn't on) pointer finger and go under the side of the rubber band that the closest to you, and hook the side of the rubber band that is more on the outside. Then pull it towards the hand your rubberband is on's pinky finger. Before you put it on your pinky finger, twist the rubberband once and then put it on your pinky finger. |

3. Make the forth corner Use your other hand's pointer finger to hook the part of the rubber band that is connecting your thumb to your pointer finger. Pull the part out and use your pointer finger to go under the side of the rubber band that is connecting the thumb to the pinky(the pointer finger doesn't need to still be hooking the part that was connecting the thumb to the pointer finger). Then use your other hand's pointer finger to grab the side of the rubber band that is connecting the pointer finger to the pinky, hook it, then pull it towards you. |
4. Make the last corner Use your other hand's middle finger and go into the corner(Right now, you should have 5 empty spaces, one in the middle and four on the top, bottom, left, and right) that is closest to your pinky by going into it from the bottom. Then use your pinky to hook the right side of the middle hole and drag it out towards you, and you are done! |
