How to Pepper in Volleyball
I play volleyball and one of the main things are to pepper and keep the ball up. My volleyball friends and I made a easy and beginner friendly tutorial on to teach how to pepper. I hope you could try this step by step tutorial!
What is Peppering?
Peppering is a drill where two players pass, set, and hit the ball back and forth to each other. Its usually used as a warm-up exercise to practice ball control and technique, but sometimes volleyball players do it for fun.
How to Bump the Ball
Hold your arms straight in front of you and clasp your hands. Keep this position and move to the ball so it comes down directly in front of you. Push up with your knees and hit the ball with both arms. Use your shoulders to aim the ball to target.

How to Set
Holding the ball above your head with your elbows bent, transfer the weight from your back foot to your front foot, and then push up from your hips all the way through to your fingertips.
How to Hit
focus on a controlled swing with your arm extended, aiming for your partner's waist, keeping your contact point slightly above your forehead, and enduriong a ready stance with your feet shoulder-width apart, prioritize accuracy over power, and practice a smooth hitting motion with your hand slightly cupped to guide the ball.
