My Hobbies

1. Baking and developing new deserts

Out of all the pasteries out there, french dessserts definitly pique my interest mostly because of the difficulty to exucute and also the sweetness level, not overly sweet but still packing a punch without overwhelming the other key flavor notes. Most recipes from France have key flavors like lemon, rasberry, and pistachio, giving these delecies a distinct color and flavor.

2. Biking in the outdoors to hike or take a walk

Growing up in Calionfornia means the mountains are my next door neighbors. The highways are my roudy, loud neighbors next door but the vast stretches of hills and slopes are tranquile and serene. I venture out to the mountains when I'm depressed and don't go out in the sun for at least 48 hours, mostly on long breaks or in the weakend. Being out in the hills lets me discover new lands and have the ability to destroy or create new paths into the wild.

3. Playing Perfect Tidy and Blockblast

Although the sunshine is beaming and shining down on the black, black concrete in nearby roads and schools, home is my happy place. The only place that provides shade from the glazing pressure and lets me unwind and find a balance in my life. At home, I do the usual. Eating, homework, eating, sleep, eating, homework, eating, sleep. But soemtimes I manage to scrap a bit of time for th ereal fun. Games like Perfect Tidy and Blockblast are simple but addictting. Once I begin, the hours fly by.
