My Hobbies

1. Volleyball

I have been playing volleyball since I was about 10 years old, for fun and competitively. I like plying volleyball with my family and friends whenever I have free time. It is always super fun to play with them outside when it is nice outside, especially on my rebounder that I can play solo with.

2. Cooking

I develped my love for cooking and baking during COVID-19 lockdown. When I was stuck at home for countless hours and did not have much to do, it was always fun to find a new delicious recipe. Recently, I baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies from a Crumbl Cookie copycat website (famous cookie store) and they turned out super delicous. I have also been making my breakfasts super well lately.

3. Arts and Crafts

I have always done arts and crafts , but before COVID-19 lockdown, I started taking art classes near me. This expanded my understanding for art and developed my talent for different art elements like water color, higher-quality colored pencils, acrylic paint, chalk pastel, and more. I still do arts and crafts to this day, but I do it less often now because I have less free time and more homework, sports, and social life to balance. I also like to view other people's art when I am out and about.

4. Traveling

My family always goes on a main trip out of the country every year, either during the summer or winter break. Last summer, we went to Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. The landscape, life, and food was surreal in Austria and Switzerland, and I really wish to go back soon. For the other years behind, they were also other fantastic trips to Europe and one to Costa Rica in Southe America. I would love to travel more to Asia this year since we have only been to Singapore many years ago!
