More About Me

• Mandarin: We learn Mandarin. It is kind of demanding, as we have to do a lot of projects very quickly.
• Literature: It's all about reading and reading comprehension. Basically, we read literature.
• Science: We have a life science topic right now. I know basically everything right now, with a few exceptions.
• Writing: We write things. Right now, we are in the Identity unit. We also learn vocabulary in writing.
• Algebra 1A Accelerated: We learn algebra. They claim that this class is advanced, but I know everything that they will teach the whole year, so I don't know.
• History: This year, we're learning about American History. So far, we learned about the Revolutionary War, and we're learning about the Constitution now.
• P.E.: We exercise. It is a little more strict than the P.E. at the lower campuses because it has units now.
• CS / Art / Performing Arts: We get one of the new class every quarter. This quarter, we are doing CS, but CS will end soon. So far, we have done some 3D modeling and HTML code in class.

Lunchtime clubs:

• School Math Competition: We meet on every Tuesday and Friday. We do really simple (relatively, to me) math.
• Chess: We meet on every Thursday, although we don't actually do that much chess...😅

Afterschool clubs:

• Debate: We meet on every Monday and Wednesday and explore all of the different types of debate. Sadly, this coincides pretty well with all of my school sports, so I don't go very often.
• Robotics: We meet on every Thursday. The teacher guy said that we could come and go with the sport seasons, but I'm planning to do every sport season, so I might not be a very regular contributor.
