More About Me!

I have eight classes in Pinewood, and this semester I have computer science, but the second one I have art! I don't go to any extracurricular classes, other than volleyball. I am pretty good at math, and right now we are studying graphing. We have tests almost every other class and it is exhausting, but surprisingly, I actually enjoy the fast-paced curriculum. In writing we are currently brainstorming our podcast, and I am planning to make mine based on the mental health stigma. In literature we are reading refugee, and while discussing sad topics, I am learning a lot about the reality of wars and our planet. In science we are learning about our metabolism's and other diseases and injuries like anemia, diabetes, asthma, and pancreas injury! This is helpful for me to know considering I know people who have these medical conditions.

I am in cooking club and ocean ambassadors club, and enjoy both very much. I am interested in publishing a book of poems I have written, but so far have settled on submitting it to multiple contests that will publish it. I am also thinking of switching schools in ninth grade because I want a better chance of getting into one of the top schools, such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, etc. I really like animals and love helping in general, so my aspiration to be a veterinarian really matches my interests in life.
